I bought an refurbished xbox 360 from tiger direct in naperville with a 30 day warranty. I played the system 2 times over the 30 days and I turned it on the other day and got the 3 red rings of death. Since it was past the 30 day warranty by 2 months, I figured I was out of luck and commenced to try to fix the rrod problem. This is when I found your heat sink in the Xbox. My question is..Has your heat sink caused problems since it is not the 2 separate heat sinks that are standard in the 360? I have redone the xclamp fix and it starts up and then the video freezes. I think the the chips are at different levels and therefore you cannot get enough pressure on the chip. Please let me know...I bought this machine for 169 dollars and it is a dud!!!
