I have sent several e-mails to Contact person:Mr.zhu E-mail: *** this year and last year and have not gotten a single reply. I am trying to get a manual for a Jebao pf30 filter. If you do not reply to this and I do not get an answer to where I can find a manual. I will take it that youy do not want my business and I will get a different product that I can get some answers to. I will also post it on the internet several places that Jebao is a company that is not relyable for help with there products.
