Joel, I live in Killeen, Texas and am in the R&D phase of concrete overlays. My objective is to find a polymer that enhanzes the flexural and impact strength of concrete, but does this as inexpensive as possible. My targeted business is to bring stone and rock veneers within the reach of the "average" homeowner. I've been looking for a manufacturer of such a product in the United States and abroad; however due to the weight of most polymers, shipping costs are a problem. Do you manufacture your polymers? What is your cost per 55 gallon drum? Can you also provide me with a list of other products I might be interested in? I am also interested in pva fibers. hector
