hi i have an air con unit which has your company name on the unit outside i got the unit from foursesons conservatory roofs in june 2005 the remote and desplay on the inside unit are not showing the lcd images and it is very hard to see what setting it is on i have contacted fourseasons and they have asked for the replacement parts be i still have not had them the problem started at the end of 2005 and has been like this since if you can help me i would be very greatful
