I would like to bring puer tea to India. And I would like to learn from you how can I go about it.
The puer available is mostly leaf and not known. I once happened to taste the cake variety at a friend's place and enjoyed its magical transformation.
After studying the health benefits of the tea and I see the tea can benefit a large number of Indians suffering from high bad cholesterol levels, obesity and several other health issues.
I was also exploring how the taste can be adapted to the Indian palate. I would like to have a conversation with you and explore this further.
