I need to file a complaint about one of your employees named Jimmy Agusan. He promised a 14k gold necklace to Supremo, Magnus Ryan of MAAP Class 2014. He said that he was going to give it to him on graduation day. Supremo graduated last December 2014 and he still has not received the necklace. Agusan said that his car broke down so he couldn't make it. One time, he also said that something happened with the necklace so they had to fix it. We contacted Agusan in December and he said that there's no office. It was completely understandable since it was around Christmas vacation so we patiently waited until January. Once January arrives, we tried to get a hold of Agusan again but we would not pick up his phone or respond to messages and when he does, he gives another excuse again like they are trying to fix the necklace etc. One time, Agusan even mentioned that Class 2014 still had a balance with your company so he is still trying to fix that. Supremo handled the Octoberians, Class 2014 2nd batch and they did not have any balance at all. The person that Agusan mentioned that still had a balance was from the 1st batch. He was not handled by Supremo. Thus, Agusan's claim does not apply to Supremo. It was a whole different story that Supremo has nothing to do with. We have been trying to get a hold of Agusan since December.
We have also tried calling your office(telephone number: 552-5127) and the lady who always picks up the phone keep saying that Agusan was just in MAAP last Friday. It seems like Agusan is always in MAAP every Friday but when Supremo tries to look for him there, Agusan is nowhere to be found. She also said that Agusan and Supremo already talked to each other about it. They have not. Like I said, Supremo cannot get a hold of Agusan. Because of this, we called the office again and asked if we can speak to a manager or a supervisor. Just anyone higher than Agusan to complain but the lady would not let us. She said that there is no one higher than Agusan and Agusan is the only one in charge for MAAP.
We could not get past the lady to complain to someone higher up in the business. She even told me that whatever is between Agusan and Supremo, the company is not a part of it. As far as I know, Agusan is an employee of your company thus the company is responsible for whatever Agusan say or do. This is how a business should be run. One cannot just dismiss an employee's action especially if it is having some issues. The company's reputation will be in jeopardy if this keeps up. We should not have to go through all this trouble just to get the necklace that Agusan promised to give to Supremo or even talk to a manager. I have never seen a business handled this poorly where employees would not let customers talk to the managers.
