inquiry to incorrect additional charge

I made a purchase on the website "***" of amount $34. Later I found out that your company have charged twice on my credit card for the same purchase. But I only buy one. I think it was a mistake in charging my card. The charging time was at 2:54pm and 2:59pm on Jan. 29th, in the time zone of UTC+8. Please correct the mistake. Thanks a lot.
