inquiry to incorrect temperature

I purchased this mirror from you back in 10/07 and the temperature recently went out of whack. It's constantly registering 15-20°F higher than ambient temperature regardless of movement, shade, sunlight, etc. Is there a customer service number that I can contact to find out if there is a simple fix? The user manual is of no help with this problem and there is no contact info. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
