I obtained a new product of DALITONE comb massager but over box there is no any indication of company or manufacturer or batch code - barcode. Even Culd not find any official web site of DALITONE company which you produced a device on behalf of them. Just written label over the comb indicating details of comb and name of manufacturer as Shenzhen Skinray Technology Co LTD. My question as below. Why there is no any web site? Why there is not any contact or batch code over products? Why there is no any instruction inside of box in order to read how to use it - manual instruction. Is it safe to use?
