inquiry to request for establishing business in UAE

dear sir, I am a tunisian national who lived and graduated from the sharjah american scholl , upon 7 years of working with al ain water and electricity dept I decided to come back home. now I would like to come back to uae and do my own business. I would like to rent from your company a general trading licence in order to do business between UAE and near by countries , like seychelles, mauritius zanzibar and some south african countries. so I would like to know if it is possible for a tunisian national to enter the UAE and get such licence.because I heard that Tunisian national are not permitted to enter UAE due to some political conflict between UAE and Tunisian Government . so could you plz find out for me. if not possible do you know someone who has a good relationship in the emmigration dept to help for such visa ? if yes plz advise. thanks in advance. mehdi
