I purchased a sectional living room set manufactured by your company approximately three and a half years ago. The store I purchased it from in the United States is no longer in business. Therefore I am writing to you because it is falling apart. I paid over $2000 for this sectional thinking it would last a long time and I am very disappointed. Each end of the sectional is a recliner and two out of the four are broken. The handle that you pull to release the recliners just broke off. There are no children or pets in my house so the furniture was treated with care. Also, the left arm rest is completely separating from the rest of the couch. Please tell me how this couch can be fixed at your expense. This is obviously poor craftsmanship. I'm sure there has to be some type of manufacturer's warranty that your company would stand behind. I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. I do still have all the receipts for the sectional to prove the date of purchase and delivery. I can be reached by email at ***.
