I am interested in your products but the English version of your website contains Malware and I am unable to open it.
We are a major supplier of Outdoor Exercise equipment in the UK selling approx 1000 pieces per annum. Rather than be dependent one supplier we are looking for possible alternative sources of supply to help secure our supply chain. I am planning a trip to china towards the end of October and would like to do some preliminary research before creating a short list of manufacturers to visit.
Are you able to answer the following questions please?
1. Are you willing to sell to the UK Market? i.e. are you restricted through exclusivity arrangement with existing customers?
2. Are you ISO accredited?
3. I have looked at your website, but are you able to send an E-brochure with product specifications?
4. Can you send us a price list with the brochures?
5. Do you have NSCC certificates (GB 19272) for all the equipment? If not are there plans to manufacturer your equipment to this standard and if so when?
6. Does your equipment conform to European Standards EN1176; EN957 and DIN79000. If so do you have the certificates to verify it?
7. What are your finishing processes to prevent rust corrosion. What testing have you carried out on your equipment (e.g Salt Spray test etc)
8. What other testing do you carry out on your equipment?
9. Is your manufacturing process completely standardised. Are all components made using fixtures, so that all components with the same part number are identical?
10. Do all components have their own part no.?
11. What guarantees to your products carry?
12. Are you willing to customise design or production processes to meet customer's requirements if quantities are sufficient?
13. What are the lead times on your products?
14. Would you be happy for us to visit and inspect your factory and production processes?
15. Do you have your own fully functional AutoCAD design department capable of stress testing designs before prototyping?
16. is there anything else we should know that would help us make our decision?
Best regards
Paul Martin
