We will not use the information for any advertising or other purpose, nor will we share it with any third parties. You will retain your complete privacy while taking advantage of any and all the services we offer. Our delivery policy: All medication delivery is done by Canada post expresspost registered delivery service. Our counseling policy: The pharmacy department will attempt to contact customers by phone for counseling on all prescription meds and otc products. After 2 trials if no contact is established, a note will be sent to invite customers to call us on our toll free phone number during our business hours. Meanwhile, our pharmacists are available during business hours to answer customer's questions. Click here for contact information. Our complaints handling policy: Customers can forward their concerns or complaints about our service to customer service manager for resolution.
