A and dedicated team of well-trained individuals helped us to cope with stiff competition of Dubai Market. We succeeded in winning some contracts for sophisticated high-rise buildings at Sheikh Zayed Road, Shopping Center in Krama Area and other commercial facilities in Dubai. AL Mahmal emphasis has been in the selection of qualified personnel, development of Human Resources through rigorous in-house On-Job Training (OJT), taking advantage of the latest development, continuous monitoring & evaluation of company system to comply with latest trends. The company is committed to QUALITY and got its ISO Certification since 1999. Presently holding EN ISO 9001:2000 Certificate. The company has further strengthened its professional capabilities by acquiring & implementing the most advanced softwares for Computerized Maintenance Management System viz MAXIMO and ORACLE for its projects, in the field of O&M Services and facilities Management. |
