The firm Iannarilli Ferrucio is certified carrying out organic agriculture by the Mediterranean Istitute for Certification .Our extra-virgin olive oil is produced solely from own olive trees cultivated in the umbrian hills of San Bartolomeo; the olives are handpicked and milled within hours of being picked in own ecological mill. Needless to say that the olives are carefully selected and harvested between October and December . The outcome is a shiny green colour with a fresh, fruity and delicate aroma. Our product is bottled only after accurate chemical analyses, preserving the fragrance and the taste of umbrian olive oil. Olive varietals cultivated : Moraiolo (80%) Frantoio and Leccino (20%)
