Beauty& Scents was conceived by a Registered Nurse that found a need for moisturizing skin care due to frequent hand washing. The company was formed in October of 2000 and has continued to make all products in small batches in order to control quality. We have been selling retail until 2004 when we began selling in the wholesale market. We offer private label for those that want it.
