| About us | We can supply cast parts made of iron, stainless steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steel, tool steel, high-Mn steel, heat-resistant steel, brass, bronze, and aluminum alloy. Moreover, we can also develop tools and samples according to customers' samples, drawings, and 3D solid models. We have 2,500 employees in total, of whom 35 are engineers and 48 are quality controllers. Our annual production output is 35,000 metric tons of cast products, including 20,000 metric tons of malleable iron pipe fittings, 10,000 metric tons of ductile iron fittings and groove fittings, 3,000 metric tons of electrical apparatus, and 2,000 metric tons of mechanical spare parts. Our turnover in 2004 was USD15,000,000, of which 24% was exported to Europe and North America. Our tooling workshop is equipped with a CNC machining center, heat treatment lines, CNC/manual machining lines, and galvanizing, painting, polishing and casting apparatus. Meanwhile, our QC department's laboratory has a spectrometer for testing chemical composition, microscopes, and hardness and tensile testing machines. For sub-contracting, we adopt 3D automatic measurement, X-ray, ultrasonic, and magnetic-powder testing instruments.
