We have purchased 48 acre of industrial land and the first factory which is for apparel begins production this April. Higher inspection or certification through international testing institutes (SGS, ITS, TUV, etc.) are available at extra charges. Design service: Our specialist graphic and product design team satisfy our customers according to their target market. We turn your ideas into the next fashion product. Product development: New product designs are developed on an ongoing basis, taking into account international trends and fashion. Use our own designs or let us help you develop your own product range. Quotations: Normally your quotation is received within 1-3 working days (please note any time difference between countries). Delivery: Delivery terms are normally FOB China by Sea. After order confirmation, please allow 10-20 days for print-proof/approval sample. Once confirmed, allow 25-45 days production. Lead times vary depending on seasons, availability of raw materials and components. Child or forced labor: We do not use any child, prison, slave, indentured, or forced labor in the manufacture of any of our products Hours of labor: We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law. Health and safety: We maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Concern for the environment: We believe it is our duty to protect the environment and we do this by complying with all applicable environmental law and regulations. Ethical business practices: Accounting controls, procedures and records: We accurately keep books and records of all transactions and the dispositions of our assets as required by law, as well as maintain a system of internal accounting controls to ensure the reliability and adequacy of our books and records. Confidential or proprietary information: We take extra care to keep our customers' trust and confidence in us. Employees are prohibited from disclosing confidential or proprietary information outside the Company that could be harmful to our clients, or to our Company. Such information may only be shared with other employees on a need-to-know basis. Payment terms: Order values less than USD30,000, 30% deposit by T/T (bank transfer). Balance of payment at least 7 days before shipment. Order values more than US$ 30,000, we will accept L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. |
