We have complete in house manufacturing setup of towels and bathrobes in our factory at over 5000 sq yards which contain: a) WEAVING DEPARTMENT : We have an ideal weaving setup includes 6 Vamatex Dyna Terry 2005 looms, 12 Sulzer Shuttle less looms, 24 let of motion with fast reed looms and 76 power looms. We have capacity of producing 400,000 lbs grey towel per month from our weaving section. b) DYEING DEPARTMENT : Our dyeing section contains soft flows, HT Jets, Winches, Kyers, Tumble Dryer, Flessoner Drum Dryer etc which have production capacity of more than 400,000 lbs per month. c) STITCHING DEPARTMENTS : We have 3 finishing department for cut to pack process for towels, bathrobes and Kitchen Towel. Various latest stitching machines have been installed in this section. We have been certified from different quality standardization organizations including certification of ISO 9002.
