I can tell you that the product may sell without a salesman because it is online but that is where the online similarities end. Once they purchase from us, we email them to thank them for their purchases. We write them when we ship and thank them again. We let them know exactly when we shipped and when they can expect it to arrive; we thank them again at this time. While in transit we send them information about the product they purchased and how to best use the product. We tell them about other products we offer and thank them again for their business. When the product arrives they sometimes let us know. If they write us we thank them again for their business. What do our customers almost always say? Oh, my, I have never been treated this well when buying over the internet; this company really cares about us as a customer. We give people unhappy with the products complete refunds and apologize or send them something for free. We never get mad, and we always try to help. We have had dissatisfied customers become our biggest advocates. We win them back over. Half of our current business is repeat business. So we believe that doing what is right is good business.
