Our factory covers an area of more than 35000square meter with building area over 8000square meter and has 116 staff. Over 20% of the staff are experienced technicians and 5 persons among of them are senior engineers specializing in technology development and research in the field of castings. The company is well equipped with advanced casting and machining facilities such as cupola, middle frequency induction electric furnace, sand mixer, molding line, core maker, blast cleaning machine, numerical control machine tools etc. At the same time, the company has advanced quality control equipment such as germany direct-reading spectrometer, metallographic structure microscope, molten iron instant analyzer, molten iron thermometer, molding sand test center, supersonic crack detector, comprehensive physical property tester, tensile strength tester etc. We mainly engage in casting and machining of ductile iron/gray iron and aluminum. Iron products mainly include automobile and engine parts such as crankshaft, camshaft, break disc, break drum, cylinder body, cylinder head etc; aluminum products consist of home and garden furniture such as table, chair, bed etc. More than 90% of the total output are regularly exported to USA, EU, japan market. The company also has a team specializing in international business.
