| About us | classique has a modren and well equipped manufacturing facilities in its 45000 sq ft area which is situated in jebel ali free zone dubai which provides excellent infrastructure and supporting services with modern and very efficient logistics systems. the main prodction floor consists of japanes and korean made latest machinery and all special machinery/equipment for manufacturing woven&knit garments the fully air-conditioned premises help maintain a dust free environment all product are run on assembly line systems in order to maintain specialized personnel for each operation and for consistant quality. our current machine capactity at classique as about 210 machines on production floor.garments are monitored at every stage of the production process by the operators,line supervisors and quality controllers.the garments after prodution are finally checked by the final quality inspectors using the jc penney system AQL 2.5/4.0 system. the management puts heavy emphasis on quality controls from very initial stages of fabrics and accessories inspection through all the stage of prodution and final merchandise finishing and packing and also monitors reports on regular basis. classique imports most of it's fabrics and trims from the far east, i.e.essentailly from korea,taiwan and china/hongkong.this ensures quality goods at the best prices with timely deliveries classique, with its connections with established freight forwarders gives the customers a wide array of options, for sea or air deliveries,based on their cost and time commitments. |
