| About us | The concept of CONTINUOUS is simple.........take the coil of material and roll form it on site. The coil is a continuous length of zincalume, aluminium or copper and can be cut to ANY length. The only joins are on the corners thus eliminating unnecessary joins that can sag, split and leak. Most other methods of spouting use 'standard' 3m, 5m or 6m length that are formed in a factory. If your requirements are longer than that, you will have joins. For shorter lengths, you pay for the wastage. One of the most common causes of Spouting and Fascia failures is the separation of joins. This occurs when the material continually expands in the heat and contracts in the cold. PVC expands up to 7 times more than steel and 4 times more than Copper or Aluminium The more it moves, the more the joins will want to separate.
