Government Contracting Committee, was created in 1999 by the new civilian regime LED by President Olusegun Obasanjo after his inauguration into office. The duty of the committe is to source for foreign reliable and capable contractors to execute government projects and also pay up foreign contractors who happen to be on the government's payroll list. |
