Decent Trades
About us | Located on the plaza constitucion, the center of life in a spanish town, our current location was originally built as a wool 5 in the 1950's. Our building was converted to a shoe store after woolworth's closed their stores in the u. S. A. We finally had enough space to present our merchandise. We divided our store into a city within a city. We had local provider as well as internantional partner. Our store is truly a work of art. We also had enough room to bring back counter service to st. Augustine. Hence the jesterville grille, serving classic american fare and ice cream and desserts to the huddled masses of st. Augustine. A lot of people ask us if the counter is original. It is not. All of the equipment and seating from the original woolworths was removed. We did however copy the original layout of booth and counter seating that was here. All that is left of the original counter is the poured terrazzo footrest on the south end of the counter. The stainless "shelf" that runs over the kitchen area is also original. |
