| About us | Ejp's owner, eric j. Plett, has spent more than a decade in operations and telecommunications management for private companies. He has received nearly a dozen nortel certifications from global networks on systems ranging from cics/mics to option 81c. Over the last two years, he has been a key player in the implementation of a nationwide cisco VOIP roll-out. During that time he has earned cisco VOIP certifications in call manager 4.0 and ipcc. While working full-time, eric began taking side-projects to assist nortel customers with system maintenance and move coordination. In the process he recruited additional certified technicians who place the same value on quality and efficiency that he does. When he discovered that he could provide more reliable service at a price that's half as much as the large service providers, he decided it was time to start making his services available to a wider audience.
