We are brokers for Bangladeshi T-Shirt manufacturers. Every customer of ours has his own team of merchandisers, quality controllers and one of the quality managers is given the responsibility to assist with the account. The merchandiser deals with the querries by the customers on an immediate basis and all communication by fax or e-mail are answered the same day. Once the factory, price and fabric have been finalised, lab dips are made and sent to the customer for approvals. All accessories including any print or embroidery is also developed and sent to the customer for approvals. Size sets are made in availabe fabric and with available accessories and approval on sizing is obtained from the customer. A pre production sample is made in actual fabric and accessories with all details after the fabric has been by the customer. Upon approval of the pre-production sample, bulk production is started. One quality controller is dedicated to the factory, and he is there from morning to evening doing on-line inspections. The AQL level is 2.50% for all our customers, unless advised differently. Once the approval on the AQL report is given we ship the goods and our commercial department ensures that all documents are sent to the customer. Because of our own in-house quality checks and daily monitoring of the production, we assure you of high quality products and on time shipments.
