Lucky will continue to support and warranty iGuard sold by Hectrix ONLY before May 15th,2003. 2000 - 2002: Technology Fund Hong Kong SERAP I/II In year 2000/2002, Lucky received the Hong Kong government's technology fund SERAP Phase I for product iGuard and Phase II for product iBonus. Pending patent 10/153,060 filed by Brian in 2002 1999: Founded Lucky Technology and Introduced iGuard Lucky was founded by two technocrats Brian Leung and Jacky Hui in 1999. Brian sees the power of Internet and its proliferation, and he decided to build a new sets of appliances based on the Internet and Internet infrastructure (TCP/IP protocol). With the assistance from an embedded system design veteran, Jacky, iGuard, an embedded web server based access control and time attendance appliance with fingerprint authentication, was the first product introduced in 1999. |
