Processing Etc has a variety of yarn-dyeing machines at its processing plant for Dyeing yarn in both hank and cheese forms. The processing plant can Handle upto 5.5 tonnes of yarn in a day. The presence of Machines in various sizes allows dyeing of small lots, without Increasing the cost or producing excess wastewater. Weaving Shuttle-less looms Etc has invested in the latest weaving technology, namely shuttleless Looms. The weaving mills have been equipped with 88 worldclass Rapier looms of varying widths that are fast, efficient, and Economical. These looms offer more design choices and flexible Production. The weaving mills can produce upto 450,000 meters of Fabrics per month. The looms can weave yarn counts from ne 2s to ne 80s with upto Eight colours in the weft. They can also weave repeats of up to 16000 picks, due to the presence of electronic dobbies. This helps in Expanding the possibilities of weaves and designs that are not Possible to produce on a shuttle loom. Warps using yarn counts that need to be sized are done so in-house Allowing us to control the quality of sizing. This helps the looms to Run at maximum efficiency resulting in even and defect-free fabrics. By using schlafhorst autoconer to evenly split the yarn used for Warping and also to eliminating knots and defects, a superior quality Fabric is ensured when the weaving is completed. |
