| About us | ENECO Holding NV, trading under the name ENECO Energie, is one of the three large energy companies in the Netherlands in terms of revenues and market share. We serve a total of around two million business and residential customers, generating revenues of more than E 3.5 billion. Our headquarters are in Rotterdam. ENECO has an integrated distribution strategy covering the generation, transmission, supply, metering and billing of gas, electricity and heat. The network manager manages the dense network of mains and service connections and looks after the transmission activities across that network. The infrastructure division is responsible for network installation and maintenance plus rapid response in the event of outages. The commercial division focuses on contracting to supply customers in the business and consumer markets plus energy purchasing and trading. The service division provides administrative support for the entire distribution chain. ENECO Energie Projecten is the business unit that concentrates on the achievement, development and exploitation of renewable energy provisions and complementary service products and the supply of heating and cooling products. Related activities in the field of public lighting and installation work are carried out by subsidiaries trading under the names CityTec and Tempus. ENECO employs 5,000 people, mainly in the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid-Holland. It is they who ensure that the services offered by ENECO are supplied in an entrepreneurial, professional and reliable manner. |
