The company was founded with sole aim of providing services to source, develop and deliver the right merchandise as per the acceptable international quality standards and to create a nexus between the buyer and the seller. Our uncompromising quality standards, unparallel services and individual attention has helped us to achieve our corporate objective of customer satisfaction. WHAT WE DO? We try and achieve "Total Customer Satisfaction" through: Sourcing With a large base of factories specializing in their respective home products we have the capacity to cater to any query from any buyer for Home Furnishings. Finding new factories with new/different products in an ongoing and never ending process. We carefully and closely analyse the factories based on the strengths and weaknesses in terms of their infrastructure, production capacity, innovative product designing and development, management, working conditions, production processes and their attitude towards work. Quality Assurance We do not believe in quality control of a product. We believe in improving the production process so that a flawless product is produced by default. We sit with the vendor at their factories and study the production process and incorporate necessary changes to it so that the product is "right the first time" and we do not have to find faults after the product is made and then get it rectified and thus following the phrase "prevention is better than cure". With our dedicated team willing to put in their expertise into the product we try and accomplish our aim of "Total customer Satisfaction" Nexus is in fact known for its outstanding quality products that truly conform to the international standards. |
