Victim of internet fraud!? Spread the word! Visit my website and email me with hard evidence! Lets begin to put an end to it all! I have started a Seller Rating system on my website in which fraudulent, suspicious and risky sellers will be listed and available for public viewing! Protect yourself! (it is not reassuring that customer service at alibaba is editing my profile by omitting important words or phrases that will help buyers/sellers better understand what services I am trying to offer. Services to help protect them which you are NOT doing enough of! I've called and emailed your customer service on several occasions and no one has done a thing with regard to suspending the profiles in which obvious fraud escrow services are being offered. This system is pathetic in that if I email support I cannot keep a carbon copy of what I said. Obviously this makes sense if alibaba is protecting itself from taking proper responsibility in taking care of members who are sincere and really care about establishing honest and healthy business relationships. The flaw in the alibaba system is in how there is no seller rating system or date that the sellers name was created as opposed to systems like ebay. Of course any system can be abused but it would be much more sensible to employ that kind of system. It can avoid unnecessary evils such as lawsuits. I hope someone over there is working on a solution. Feel free to take out this parenthesis part. I will keep a copy for myself for future reference. Thank you.) |
