The gualino company owners were the first to invent a system of elongating classic turin breadsticks, designing and buiding machines to accomodate industrial production and utilizing modern technologies there were faithful to old recipes of turin bakers. The ingredients selected, the soft dough and the removal of the tips, the hardest part, make gualino breadsticks a true specialty. Beside the classic long breadsticks, gualino has broadened its range by offering whole wheat breadsticks, flavoured breadsticks(rosemary, onion, sesame, pizza, garlic)mini-sticks in the flavours: Rosemary, sesame, garlic, tasty, pizza, chilli pepper, olive, bacon, cheese, which are excellent as snacks or appetizers to serve with aperitifs. The range also includes breadsticks scricchi, salted on the surface and with an ondulated shape. But gualino also produces a line of sweets, including its butter -flavoured torcettini, another piedmont specialty, and chiacchere, an oven baked pastry and traditional carnival sweet.
All products are packed in a variety of packages to meet the needs of the italian and foreign markets. |
