| About us | The company started as a trading firm, mainly dealing with artificial flowers and immediately expanded to all related products with a satisfactory success. In 1993 the actual president entered in partnership with the company, bringing in a factory in the philippines, new concepts and future plans, trasforming the company name in to form art international development ltd. During the same year offices branches where opened in italy and france, in way to enhance existing market and gain more market share. The business was growing fast and in several years were opened branches in china(fuzhoushenzhen and dongguan). In 1999 an holdings company were founded, which became the head financial centre, owning all the other companies which today are totally 8 under the same name: - form art holdings ltd - form art international development ltd - form art shenzhen ltd - form art dongguan ltd - form art fuzhou ltd - form art philippines ltd - form art italia s. R. L. - form art france s. A. R. L. The form art dongguan ltd became in year 2000 the china's head quarter, with his 60,000 sq. Mt. Covered surface, including factory, show-rooms and officies, builded to increase customers facilities and affidability. |
