The most important feature of this program is our response time. D&R Computer Brokerage offers our on-site contract customers 4 hour response to their location. Modified response times are available as well, depending on your specific requirements. We also provide our customers with a free preventive maintenance check, performed during the contract period. We have found this feature reduces the incident of hardware failure tremendously. As the name implies, we have designed this procedure to assure your equipment is operating effectively. D&R Computer Brokerage services all major manufacturers equipment, and carries a complete inventory of parts at all times. In most instances, we will repair your equipment on-site, quickly and efficiently. Should more extensive repair be required, loaner equipment of equal ability will be provided for any equipment on contract, until the problem is rectified. Discounts are available for a variety of instances. From dollar volume, to quantity of equipment, to response time, we can design a cost effective program for any budget.
