| About us | TL 2000, together with Seal Coating, it FILLS ALL SIZE ROAD CRACKS and POTHOLES. We have excelent results in seal coating soil stabilized dirt roads. TL 2000, can be used as a finish on Stabilized dirt roads, as it will leave a black solid surfice, sealed from water and UV. TL2000 is a very uniqe product, being that it is a major saving on road maintenence expences twice. Once it is filling all size Cracks and potholes, and at the same time, TL 2000 Seal Coating lenthens the road life,200%-300%. Curently, before doing road seal coating the road must have maintenence preporations of crack and pothole filling. This work + the seal coating itself, makes the seal coating to expecive in comparison with repaving. TL 2000, concept is to do these 2 major jobs in one, with 1 product. As working on the Seal Coating, we fill all size cracks, and when meeting a pothole, we mix TL with simple asphalt pavment pebels, the same stone used for the asphalt road, and this mix is just poured and mechine pressed. When used on dirt roads or soil stabilized roads, the TL will seal the road from water and UV, and the surfice will be finished black and smooth. TL is fit for Road Mantinence and for Soil Stabilizing manufacturers who are looking for a matirial to be a finishing product to seal, finish and protect thair roads. Halik Ltd is also manufacturing a Soil Stabilizer which is Hydrofobic, and will stand in all water conditions. This SOIL STABILIZER for road construction, is a very strong matirial, on a polymer basis. This leaves a very solid road surfice, which can be coverd with our TL2000 product as well. This is selling much cheaper then others, being that it DOS not have any cement, and it is used in small quantitys per sq meter. Halik Ltd is a manufacturer of many other protective matirials.
