| About us | Right from the start, our goal has been to provide our customers the highest quality Rice Crackers possible. To achieve this objective we produce our rice crackers the old fashioned way, without the use of chemical short cuts and using only the finest ingredients. For example, we buy sweet rice which we carefully select from only the best rice growers. We then clean, soak, and crush the rice into a fine flour. Other Rice Cracker manufacturers buy rice flour to reduce processing time and to cut capital costs. However, at Hesco we know that making our own rice flour is a major quality control step. It takes longer, but we know exactly what goes into our rice crackers from the very beginning. This careful attention to detail is carried out in every part of the manufacturing process. Other manufacturers use chemicals to shorten processing time from the traditional 7 days down to 3 days. While this does reduce production time, it also reduces the quality of the product. This is a trade off that we are unwilling to make. In our factory, each batch is carefully monitered by people, not machines, during the long 7 day process. We never use chemicals or try to hurry the process in any way. We take the time to do it right. After all, we can tell the difference and we know you can too. The world wide popularity of Rice Crackers has been steadily growing over the past two decades. To meet this growth in demand our production capacity has been expanded to 20,000 kgs per day and we currently produce over 200 different types of crackers. As we devote a great deal of effort to product development, the number of different types of product we offer is constantly growing. |
