Will l/c cover each shipment or the total amount? once a price on a requested commodity has been quoted and you wish to proceed, the supplier will require an loi from the buyer. Sample attachment enclosed. in return, the seller will issue an fco which the buyer will countersign and return to the seller with a bcl.
