| About us | Henry Ford - 1913 y. NAPREDAK was founded in 1890. For many years the factory was producing for the local market, specialising in solid wood products and upholstery. Recently the factory was also a large supplier to Ikea and Conforama France. In May 2000, NAPREDAK was taken over by IMS Hellas, the Greek operation of SCHIEDER group owned by Mr George Vergos who joined SCHIEDER in 1987 founding in the same year the Company IMS Hellas in Greece. Group SCHIEDER was established by Mr. Rolf Demuth in 1964 and now it is numbered 120 construction factories all over the world and 24 commercial companies, providing them under the brand name IMS. IMS NAPREDAK, practicing the technical knowledge to the SCHIEDER and applying it in Bulgarian enviroument with hard work, persistence and patience succeed within short time from the date of its joining to take the first place in the field of furniture in Bulgaria and to satisfy the demand of IMS Hellas Greece. |
