The seller bank checks the buyer's funding(pof ) and releases to the buyer bank the pop(certification of ownership ). 3.. The seller opens the pb, thus activating the lc. Our payment terms are: Lc at sight, irrevocable, confirmed, transferable, revolving 12 months Payable in the seller bank We are interested only in longterms business relationship.
