| About us | The Nile Perch (Lates Niloticus),is the largest freshwater fish in the world, and can grow to more than 230 kilograms (500 lbs). It is wonderfully sweet, firmly textured, highly nutritious, virtually odorless, and rich in trace nutrients. Because Nile Perch also contains one of the highest levels of omega 3 fatty acids (700mg/100 grams), which studies suggest can help to reduce the risk of heart disease, it is slowly becoming a high society regular food and a must on the table. Our Modern processing plant has implemented a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system to ensure product safety. The Processing Facility follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintains a high level of hygiene. We have obtained EU approval to sell fish to EU Countries.
