Fabrics are sourced from reputed and established vendors. JDM has the production capacity of 45-50,000 pieces per month. It has fully equipped sampling section managed by its designers. It is planning to establish two more units, with each having a operational floor area of 20,000 sq. Ft. In Pace City, Gurgaon near Delhi and IMT, Manesar. These units will produce woven and knitted garments. One of the units will be fully operational by July,2004. To keep pace with changing technology and to further strengthen its in-house infrastructure, JDM plans to install machines like German made circular knitting and collar knitting machines. An integrated processing plant having washing vassels/soft flows, hydro extractors, tumbler, pole dryer, dry cleaning machines and compactors etc. Plus, Juki garment making machines are being installed to further increase its garment production capability |
