The same are cross checked at a Govt. approved Lab M/s. TCR Laboratory Engg. Services Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. Inprocess Material For In-Process & final physical test we have hardness tester and all appropriated guages, Thread Ring Guages - (For Bolts)Size Dia M-4 to M 100- 1/4 to 4 Thread Plug Guages - (For Nuts )UNC, UNF, BSW & BSF Universal Testing Machine : The physical properties of studs, bolts and nuts as per each purchase order are tested and checked as per the specification before despatch.
