Buyer thereafter furnishes seller with his vessel details. 4. Both captains start communication and agree on a transhipment point. 5. Seller's vessels goes along side of buyer's vessel. 6. Buyer's captain confirms to buyer of the readiness of seller's captain to tranship the cargo. 7. An that instant seller places his financial instrument which can be either a CONFORT LETTER or LETTER OF CREDIT from his(buyer's bank) bank to seller's bank. 8.
