Jaya group of industries established in 1945. Over the years jaya group has extended and now stands to be one of the largest knitwear manufacturer in Bangladesh. Employing over 3,000 skilled workforce the factory produces about 200,000 pcs of sweater everymonth with annual turnover of over $ 8,000,000,00. This year it is expected to increase 500 more machines in it's newly constructed building and expected to reach turn over of $ 10,000,000,00. Factory Certified: URS OHSAS 18001. Jaya knitting Limited started dyeing yarn in hang in the year 2000 with a production capacity of 50,000 lbs. The plant now supplies sweater yarn to some fifty other sweater factories in the country dying Acrylic, Cotton, Wool. Dyeing is also equipped with piece/garments dyeing. Annual turn over is about $ 15,000,000,00. Factory Certification: ISO 9001:2000. Yarn Certification: OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100. In 2005 Jaya Knitting Ltd. Starts Dyeing yarn in cone and the new facility can dye yarn in excess of 2000 KG per batch. Dyeing facility has also provision for dying fiber. All Machines Are imported from Italy, namely OBEM, RITE, GALVALIN and CORGHI.
