Jindal SAW LTD-A Total Pipe Solutions Company (Seamless Tubes Division) The Seamless Division was set up in Year 1995 and it started its commercial production from year 1996. In year 2003-2004 OCTG finishing facilities were added to offer API product as per API 5CT/5L. The core competency of our Seamless unit lies in manufacturing Carbon, Alloy, Stainless Steel tubes & pipes under one division. The Seamless division produces Tubes & Pipes at a state of the art plant at Sinnar, which is approx.205 Kms from Mumbai near Nashik in Maharashtra State, India with technology & equipments from MANNESMANN DEMAG Huttentechnik-MEER, Germany, acknowledged world leaders in Seamless Tube & Pipe technology. The plant has annual installed capacity of 100,000 M. Tons for Carbon & Alloy Steel Tubes and 6000 M. Tons for Stainless Steel Tubes/Pipes and is equipped with modern manufacturing machineries and latest testing facilities. The Division is committed to Quality Assurance of the highest standard, in both product & service. Stringent system based Q. C. Is exercised at each stage of production. Service standards focus on customer requirements & aim at higher user satisfaction. Our unit is approved by API, Central Boiler Board, UDHE India, Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. BHEL, Toyo Engg, Engineers India Ltd. Further, leading third party inspecting authorities like CEIL, LRIS, Bureau Veritas, DNV, TUV, IRS (Indian Registrar of Shipping) etc. Regularly visit our works for inspection against various customer orders. We are certified with ISO 9001-2000 certification by TUV, Germany (DAR) & TUV, USA (ANSI-RAB). Our mill is API 5CT and 5L approved, Well Known Tube and Pipe Manufacturer (By CBB) and PED certified. Our client list in India includes Alfa Laval, BPCL, BHPV, BHEL, Caltex Gas, Cairn Energy, Department of Space, Essar Steel, Engineers India Ltd, GAIL, GSFC, GMM Pfaudler, HPCL, HOCL, IOCL(Refineries), IOCL(Pipelines), IFFCO, ICF, IPCL, L&T, MRPL, Nagarjuna Fertilizers, NFL, OCTL, OIL India, ONGC, South Eastern Railways, TISCO, Thermax, TEMA,... We regulary export our product to Italy, Israel, Myanmar, Singapore, Suadi Arabia, Syria, UAE, USA, Yemen, Oman... We have facilities(at our Large Diameter Pipe Mill) to supply 3 LPE, FBE, CTE and CWC Coated Seamless Pipes. The management continuously identifies new developments in the manufacturing technology and strives to introduce the same in order to maintain the high quality of pipes and tubes consistently. |
