That is why all of our customers are allocated a Customer Relationship Manager who is on call to answer all of your questions and keep track of your shipment. Our integrated web based IT solution provided by NSysCo means we can keep a watchful eye on your goods from China right up to your front door. Usually you won't have to call, as our Relationship Managers call you regularly to keep you informed of latest developments, but if you do, you won't have to place a call to China, or be sent through one of those impersonal call centres, but deal directly with your personal Relationship Manager, they'll know you personally and your product in detail as they will have handled your account from the start. We feel it is the next best thing to walking into one of our office and having a chat, face to face. In fact many of our customers do visit, and our open door policy means you can too. |
