The name of our company is KABOLANIB INVESTMENT NIGERIA LTD. We registered as a Limited Company in the year 1984. The company registration number is RC137011, our company office is located at 1 Fashina Street, Orimolade, Ifako, Ijaiye Lagos NIgeria. All information in respect of our company registration can be confirmed at corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja. We are essentially in the business of solid minerals, metal smelting and general trade supply of goods to companies, local, state and federal government in Nigeria and exportation of farm produce to any part of the world. For any registered company to export non-oil products, such company must be a registered member of Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC). This institution is saddled with trade promotion activities in Nigeria. Our company's registered number is NE/15446/LA/96 of this institution. This information can be verified at the Lagos branch office of (NEPC). Our company had exported battery ashes, tin ingots, to company in Belgium. We also had business relation with SOGEM NV GULLEDELLE 92,1200 brussels, Belgium, Telephone: 02 778 87 77, fax: 02 778. 89. 99 to export 10,000 metric tons of NIgerian Zin Ore. This offer was later transfered to BIS BI AK ent. Ltd the company that had the financial muscle to implement such offer. This offer was given to us in August 1996. We went to recess in 1997 due to military dispensation that was in Nigeria then. This administration (Abacha regime) rendered all genuine businesses inside and outside Nigeria incapacitated.

We started business again on the 10th August, 2001. Since then, we have been having a smooth run. We have supplied office equipments to both Local governments and private companies in NIgeria to the tune of two Million Naira. The company asset base is Three million naira. Our staff strenght is Fifteen (15). The staff include Chairman, Chief Executive (CEO) Chief M. K. Esusu, Managing Director, Mr. K. A. O. Onibudo and Secretary/Legal adviser Mr. S. V. Famoroti among others.

Our company is ready to export farm produce like garlic, ginger, pineaple, honey and other farm produce produce to any part of the world. We have financial capacity to do twenty to forty (20 - 40) tons of mentioned farm produced.
