We control our qualities as doing by the ppap level iii. If you send to me drawing that you want to buy, we use 3D program like as catia, solidworks(caeprogram) and analysis the item not to waste times and misunderstandings. In a 3days after receipt the rfqs, we submit our most competitive prices to customer. And if approval from customer, we start to develop the items on schedule plan. And we send to customer the first articles with ppap. Ppap documents are part submission warrant, flow chart, fmea, control plan, material certificate, dimension inspection report, gauge r&r, x- bar chart, cpk and mold design. We have 4 product process lines. 1) rubber injection line: Rubber vulcanizing, rubber to metal bonded and so on. 2) pipe processing line: Pipe cutting, chamferring, carving, rust-preventative, r-cutting, bending and so on. 3) pipe welding line: Weld pipe to pipe, weld pipe to nut or bolt 4) swaging and press-in line: Swage and press into pipe hole Keystone Co., ltd.
