Founded in 1995, Duyen Hai Wood Processing Factory was the first factory of Khai Vy Corporation Ltd. Between times, the factory specialized in manufacturing and processing outdoor furniture sold to the Asian and European markets.

To develop its network of manufacturing, as well as to expand its markets to the world, in the early 2001, the Board of Directors decided to establish Khai Vy Corporation Ltd.
